Authorities respond to hit-and-run crash on S Kirkwood Rd in Alief

HOUSTON, TX — A major hit-and-run collision was reported Friday afternoon in southwest Houston’s Alief neighborhood, according to City of Houston.
The incident took place in a residential area located at 10108 South Kirkwood Road, near the Plumbrook Drive intersection. It was first reported by Houston police at 2:48 p.m.
Details are limited, but authorities said one party failed to stop and render aid (FSRA) to another party after a serious accident resulting in likely injuries.
