Authorities respond to hit-and-run crash on N IH-45 in north Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A major hit-and-run collision was reported Monday on the North Freeway near north Houston’s Greens Landing area, according to City of Houston.
The incident took place on the inbound lanes of the freeway near the West Road exit and was first reported at 12:54 p.m.
Few details have been provided at this time, but Houston police indicated a “major” crash in which one party failed to stop and render aid (FSRA) to another party after a vehicle accident involving likely injuries.
