Austin – Teen Hospitalized Following Car Accident on Romeria Dr

A passenger was rushed to a local hospital after getting involved in a solo-car accident on Romeria Drive near Woodrow Avenue in Austin.

According to the initial reports, the incident occurred at around 11:00 p.m. at the 1300 block of Romeria Drive. A vehicle was seen traveling along Romeria when, for reasons that had not yet been determined, it went out of control and overturned. As a result, a passenger in the vehicle, identified only as a teenager, suffered from life-threatening injuries. He was rushed to a hospital but his condition was not disclosed at this time. Meanwhile, three more occupants sustained minor injuries and were treated at the scene. One of the victims were only identified as a man in his 20s.

Austin police are still determining the cause of the collision.
