Austin – Dump Truck Collision on FM 620

Last Thursday, a multi-vehicle accident on Farm to Market Road 620, also known as Ranch Road 620, sent one person to the hospital, according to a local news source.

Just after 2:00 p.m., local authorities responded to FM 620 to assist in a major accident involving three vehicles. How the crash occurred remains unclear at this time but police confirmed that a dump truck was involved in the collision. As a result of the crash, one person sustained serious injuries and was rushed to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center for treatment. His condition, as well as his identity, has yet to be released by responding officers. Fortunately, no one else was injured, as per initial reports.

The Austin Police Department arrived at the scene to determine the circumstances leading up to the accident.

An investigation is underway.
