Austin – ATV Crash on County Road 215

Two children were sent to a hospital after an ATV collision on County Road 215 over the weekend, according to a local news source.

At around 1:00 p.m., the Austin Police Department received a call reporting a vehicle accident on CR 215. How the crash actually took place remains unclear at this time but when paramedics arrived at the scene, they found two children with serious injuries. The first child was rushed to a local hospital through an emergency helicopter while the other was taken to a medical center by a ground ambulance. The extent of their injuries was not immediately disclosed by officials.

Authorities only identified the victims as 11-year-old and 10-year-old victims. Their immediate family has yet to be notified.

Investigators were requested at the scene to determine what caused the accident.
