Argyle – Man Killed in Single-Vehicle Collision on FM 1830 ID’d

The Argyle Police Department has named the driver who died in a fatal car collision on Farm to Market Road 1830 last Monday.
The fatality was identified as 21-year-old Daniel Maynard.
According to the report, Maynard was driving a pickup truck along the northbound lane of FM 1830, north of Farm to Market Road 407, when it veered off the roadway while negotiating a curve. The pickup truck then crashed into a pipe fence and ended up in a wooded area. The impact of the crash left the driver with serious injuries. He was already lifeless when emergency crews arrived at the scene.
No one else was injured, as per authorities.
