Ambulance involved in wreck in southwest Houston

HOUSTON, TX – According to the team at Click2Houston, a Houston Fire Department ambulance was involved in a wreck in southwest Houston on Monday morning.

A Frito Lays truck reportedly drove through a green light near Bissonnet Street and Beltway 8, sending the ambulance into oncoming traffic where it hit a sedan. No one was taken to the hospital after the incident.

Investigators are working to determine who was at fault in the incident.
