Alto – Tractor Crash Leaves Man Injured on Elkhart St

Alto law enforcement officials are conducting an investigation about a vehicle accident on Elkhart Street, Sunday.

Based on the report released by responding officers, the accident occurred on Elkhart St which involved a tractor truck. Details surrounding the crash remain unclear at this time but police confirmed that the tractor overturned a number of times and landed on top of a person. The person sustained undisclosed injuries and was rushed to the nearest hospital for medical treatment. His condition was withheld by emergency crews.

No one else was injured.

Area investigators have yet to release more information about the case. Anyone who has information relevant to the case is encouraged to get in contact with local authorities.
