Abilene – Woman Injured in Two-Car Crash on Catclaw Drive

A woman was sent to a hospital after getting involved in a vehicle crash on Catclaw Drive last Friday evening.
Based on a preliminary investigation, the incident took place at the 3400 block of Catclaw Drive just before 7:00 p.m. Details surrounding the crash remain unclear at this time but police said that a silver pickup truck and a silver sedan somehow collided while traveling down the road. One of the vehicles ended up upside down as a result of the collision.
One person was rushed to a hospital with unknown injuries. She was only identified as 46-year-old woman by emergency crews who responded to the scene. It was not clear if the victim was operating one of the cars.
Abilene law enforcement officials were called onto the scene to determine liability. No further details are available at this time.
