Abilene- Three-car collision on Interstate 20

An accident involving multiple vehicles took the life of a 28-year-old Abilene man on Interstate 20 near West Lake Road last Friday afternoon.
According to initial reports, a pickup truck was traveling along the westbound lanes of Interstate 20 when, for some reasons, it crossed the median and collided with a truck. The pickup went out of control, crashed into a wire barrier and was then struck by a semi that was heading east. The impact of the collision ejected the pickup driver, killing him in the process.
He was later identified as William Randall Webb, 28.
The identifications of those involved in the crash were not released, as well as their conditions.
No charges were made as the crash is under investigation.
