One person severely injured in Aldine Bender Rd hit-and-run accident

HOUSTON, TX – One person was seriously injured in a hit-and-run collision early this morning on Aldine Bender Road, according to a tweet by the Harris County Sheriff’s Patrol night watch.
The accident happened at 819 Aldine Bender Road and was reported at 12:20 a.m.
Two pickup trucks collided in the accident, with one of the drivers fleeing the scene on foot.
The other driver was taken to the hospital with serious wounds.
Authorities did not release the identities of the drivers.
