One dead after truck crashes into building in southwest Houston

HOUSTON, TEXAS – One person was killed after a car crashed into a building in southwest Houston on the morning of Monday, May 25, ABC 13 reports.
Authorities say a Ford F-150 veered off the side of the road and crashed into a mechanic shop located at 4700 Telephone Road. The driver was ejected from his vehicle and killed upon impact.
A few vehicles inside the shop were damaged, but no one else was injured.
The identity of the victim has not yet been made public.
