HPD investigating fatal hit-and-run crash on US 59

HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division has requested the public’s help in finding the perpetrator of a fatal hit-and-run collision that occurred on North U.S. 59 in Kingwood on April 30, 2020.
According to HPD, the incident occurred at approximately 4:45 that afternoon, when the driver of a two-door white F-150 hit another vehicle in the highway’s 23300 block. The suspect fled the scene without stopping to provide aid to the victim, who later died.
The suspect is believed to be a white male between the ages of 30 and 40, driving the aforementioned white Ford F-150 with red Ford badging and black rims. Anyone with knowledge of the accident is encouraged to call 713-222-TIPS (8477) or otherwise alert the police.
