Two injured in head-on collision in Spring Branch

HOUSTON, TX – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident that occurred at 8999 Emnora Lane Monday afternoon, HPD reports.
The 46-year-old male driver of a red 2002 Ford failed to yield the right of way while attempting to make a left turn at the corner of Emnora Lane and McKean Drive, hitting a gray 2006 Nissan driven by a 23-year-old man. Airbags in both vehicles deployed, and the police report that the driver of the Nissan was seriously injured. It is unclear if he required hospitalization, but tow trucks were required to remove both vehicles.
