Authorities have identified one of the victims who died in a crash on Farm to Market Road 667, according to reports.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said that the tragic accident took place last Saturday just before 6:00 p.m. Initial investigation shows that a black 2007 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling along the southbound lanes of FM 667 near White Rock Road when, for yet unknown reasons, it went to the opposing lanes where it struck the front-end of another vehicle, a white 2017 Dodge Caravan.
One of the occupants died from the impact. She was identified as Carolina Ramirez. The other fatality was identified only as a 6-year-old boy. His name was not released.
The remaining five occupants sustained injuries. It was not confirmed if they were transferred to a hospital for treatment.
No further details were released as the crash remains under investigation.
Our prayers and thoughts are with the family and relatives of the deceased victim. May God grant you the strength you need to get through this difficult moment in your life. We strongly believe that authorities will do everything to bring those responsible to justice.
Most of the time, families who are left behind after a tragic loss are not aware of their rights and the legal processes needed to obtain fair and just compensation. In times like this, you would need a professional who can provide you with all the support you need as you go through this difficult time.
