San Angelo – Reckless Driver Involved in Archer St Crash

San Angelo law enforcement officials are investigating a vehicle collision on Archer Street near Harris Avenue, January 27th, Monday.
According to the initial report released by responding officers, a vehicle was seen traveling along Archer St near Harris Avenue when it crashed into another vehicle as both entered the intersection. A woman sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Her condition was not immediately released. The driver of the first vehicle reportedly ignored a red signal, ultimately crashing into the other car. He was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way from a stop sign.
Local investigators were also requested at the scene to gather more information about the accident. The investigation is still in progress.
