Groesbeck – Solo Car Collision on Texas 164

A woman was pronounced deceased after getting into an auto crash on Texas Highway 164, Thursday.
According to initial reports, the incident took place on Texas Highway 164 in an unspecified time last January 16th. A Chevrolet pickup truck was seen traveling along the eastbound lanes of Hwy 164 when it crashed into a cow. The pickup truck continued on and collided head-on with a Dodge SUV. As of this writing, authorities have yet to determine what the cow was doing in the middle of the road.
The driver of the pickup truck succumbed to the injuries she sustained from the crash. She was later identified as 37-year-old Aundrea Simms.
No one else was injured.
Local investigators were also requested at the scene to assist in the clearing and determine liability.
