Gladewater – Car Crash on East Broadway Street Leaves 1 Injured

A two vehicle accident on East Broadway Street sent one person to the hospital, Tuesday afternoon.

According to police reports, the incident occurred at around 3:30 p.m. on East Broadway Street near Leet Street in Gladewater. How the crash happened remains unclear at this time but police confirmed that two vehicle crashed into each other at the said cross street. The impact of the crash sent one of the vehicles into the direction of a nearby building. It was not confirmed if there were casualties from the building.

At least one person sustained injuries as a result of the crash. He was given immediate treatment by emergency crews who responded to the scene. The extent of his injuries were not immediately released.

Gladewater police arrived at the scene to determine liability.
