Beaumont – Fatal Crash on Highway 105 Leaves 2 Dead

Beaumont law enforcement officials are investigating a fatal car crash on Texas Highway 105 that killed two people, a local news source reported.
At around 7:00 p.m., local troopers were called onto the westbound lane of Highway 105 to assist in a major accident. A white Chevrolet was traveling along the westbound lane of the highway when, for yet unknown reasons, it drifted into the opposing lanes and collided with a black 2005 Mercury SUV and a red 2017 Kia SUV. The Chevrolet burst into flames after the impact.
The driver of the Chevrolet and his passenger died at the scene. They were only identified as a 20-year-old male and female occupants. Meanwhile, the driver of the SUV was rushed to a hospital for treatment. He has been identified as 52-year-old Shadron Priddy.
The crash remains under investigation.
