San Antonio – Daniel Hernandez Died Following a Motorcycle Crash on O’Connor Rd

The San Antonio Police Department has released the name of the man who died in a deadly motorcycle accident on O’Connor Road.

Police said the fatality was identified as 34-year-old Daniel Marcos Hernandez.

According to the initial reports, the incident happened at the 12000 block of O’Connor Road just after 8:00 p.m. Hernandez was seen traveling along the roadway when he lost control of his motorcycle while negotiating a curve. He then drifted into the opposing lanes and crashed into another car, leaving him with fatal injuries. Emergency crews rushed him to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

No one else was injured.

Area investigators have yet to release more information about the incident.
