Houston – Guard Struck by Car on Saturn Lane

A pedestrian crash on Saturn Lane sent one person to the hospital, according to police officials.

Initial investigation indicates that the incident took place at the 17000 block of Saturn Lane near Space Center Houston. A school crossing guard was attempting to go to the other side of the road when she was hit by a passing vehicle. The female pedestrian, whose name has not yet been released, was rushed to the nearest hospital for further care. Her condition was not immediately disclosed.

The Houston Police Department is still determining the circumstances leading up to the accident. No charges have been made at this time.
