Jacksonville – Auto Crash on Texas Loop 456 Leaves 3 Dead

Texas Department of Public Safety officials said a vehicle collision caused the death of three people, Thursday afternoon.
Just after 2:00 p.m., police received a call reporting a crash on Loop 456. According to the report, a sport utility vehicle had been traveling along the highway when it crashed into a sedan. The force of the impact killed the driver of the SUV as well as the driver of the sedan. Police said one occupant in the sedan also sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Their identifications were not immediately disclosed.
The Jacksonville Police Department was also requested at the scene to determine the factors that contributed to the collision of the two vehicles. No charges have been made at this time.
