Chico – Amanda Brown ID’d Victim of FM 1810 Crash

The Texas Department of Public Safety has named the woman who was hospitalized after a vehicle accident on Farm to Market Road 1810 last August 31, Saturday.
The fatality was identified as Amanda Brown.
In the report released by local authorities, Brown was in a Toyota Camry traveling along FM 1810 when it skidded off the side of the road and crashed into a utility pole. Police said the Camry was traveling at an unsafe speed at the time of the accident. It was not confirmed if Brown was a passenger or driving the vehicle.
Brown was immediately taken to a nearby hospital by emergency crews who responded to the scene. The extent of her injuries was not disclosed at this time.
Chico law enforcement officials are gathering more information to determine liability. The investigation is still in progress.
