Austin – Two-Vehicle Accident on Bluff Springs Rd

At least three people were hospitalized after a two-car accident on Bluff Springs Road, Sunday afternoon.
Police said the crash took place at the 7800 block of Bluff Springs Road in an unspecified time in the afternoon. How it took place remains unclear at this time but, according to Austin-Travis County EMS, at least two vehicles were involved in the crash. When they arrived at the scene, they found two victims pinned to their vehicles. They were immediately taken to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Another victim, identified only as a female in her 30s, sustained life-threatening injuries. She was rushed to St. David’s South hospital by EMS crews.
No one else was injured.
The Austin Police Department is still gathering more information about the accident. Investigation continues.
