El Paso – Pedestrian Struck by a Vehicle on Sun Valley Drive

The El Paso Police Department is investigating an auto versus pedestrian crash which injured one person on Sun Valley Drive, Monday afternoon.
At around 12:30 p.m., local troopers were called onto the intersection of Sun Valley Drive and McCombs Street in response to a call reporting an auto accident. According to the report, a pedestrian was attempting to cross the road when he/she was struck by a passing vehicle. The impact of the collision with various injuries. He was rushed to an area hospital where he received further medical attention. The extent of his injuries was not immediately disclosed by authorities.
