Krum – Child Struck by a Car on McCart Street

Krum law enforcement officials are investigating an auto accident involving a pedestrian and a car on East McCart Street, last Wednesday.

According to initial reports, the collision took place just before 4:00 p.m. The details surrounding the incident are very limited at this time but police confirmed that a vehicle that was passing E McCart Street struck a child. The pedestrian, whose identity has not yet been released, sustained various injuries as a result. He was rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

Fortunately, no one else was injured.
