Bullard – 18-year-old Ashley Marie Frias Injured in Sunday Crash on FM 344

Bullard Police Department has identified the female teenager who died in a collision on Farm to Market Road 344, last Sunday night.
The fatality was identified as Ashley Marie Frias, 18. She is a resident of Bullard, as per area authorities.
According to initial reports, the accident occurred at around 10:15 p.m. A 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Frias was seen heading west on FM 344 when, for yet unknown reasons, it veered off the roadway and crashed into a guardrail. Frias then traveled onto the opposing lanes and collided with a 2012 Ford F-150 driven by Tracy Damon Anderson, 46, of Whitehouse.
The impact of the collision left Frias with serious injuries. She was rushed to a nearby hospital but was later pronounced deceased by medical personnel. Her passenger, identified only as a 15-year-old male teen, was listed in stable condition in the same hospital.
Local investigators have yet to determine the cause of the accident.
