Texarkana – Head-on Crash on New Boston Road

Local law enforcement officials are conducting an investigation about a car accident on New Boston Road last Tuesday morning.

At around 9:45 a.m., Texarkana police officers were dispatched at the 2200 block of New Boston Road after receiving a call reporting a car accident. According to the report, a white utility truck was making a left turn from New Boston when it collided with an eastbound black Ford F-150 pickup truck.

The impact of the crash injured both the driver and the passenger in the vehicle. They were extricated from the wreckage by the truck driver. It was not confirmed if they received treatment at the scene or at a local hospital.

No other injuries were reported.

Investigators arrived at the scene to determine liability.
