Corpus Christi – Rollover Accident on Kostoryz Road

Two people suffered from serious injuries after getting involved in a car accident on Kostoryz Road, Tuesday afternoon.
According to initial reports, police received a call at around 2:35 p.m. reporting a vehicle collision on Kostoryz Road just before the Crosstown Expressway. A preliminary investigation indicates that a white pickup truck was attempting to make a left turn to Kostoryz when, for reasons that had not been determined, it collided with a black pickup truck. The impact of the collision caused the second pickup truck to overturn a number of times before coming to a complete stop.
The drivers of the two vehicles sustained various injuries from the incident. They were rushed to a nearby medical center for further care. Their condition remains unknown at this time.
An investigation is underway.
