Lubbock – Multi-Car Accident on 130th Street

Lubbock law enforcement officials are still looking into a vehicle collision involving multiple vehicles on 130th Street, Monday, according to a local news source.

In an unspecified time last April 29, local officials received a call reporting a car crash on 130th Street near University Avenue. Based on an initial investigation, a pickup truck was towing a vehicle along 130th St when, for reasons that had not been determined, it crashed into a cement truck. Details surrounding the collision are very limited at this time but emergency crews confirmed that at least one person suffered injuries as a result of the collision. He was rushed to a nearby hospital for further care.

Troopers were requested at the scene to assist the flow of traffic.

The case remains under investigation.
