San Antonio – One Hospitalized in Perrin Beitel Road Crash

An auto versus pedestrian collision on Perrin Beitel Road in San Antonio sent one person to a hospital, Thursday, as per local officials.
Just after 10:30 p.m., San Antonio responding officers were dispatched to Perrin Beitel Road near Loop 210 to assist in a collision. According to initial reports, a vehicle was pulling out of a gas station when it struck a man in a wheelchair who was on a sidewalk.
The man, whose identity has not been released, sustained leg injuries as a result of the collision. He was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. His condition was not immediately disclosed.
Police did not release information about the driver of the vehicle.
The incident remains under investigation by the San Antonio Police Department.
