Dallas – Yu Luo Struck and Killed By Car at NorthPark Center Garage

The Dallas Police Department has named the pedestrian who died after getting hit by a speeding driver in a Northpark Center parking garage, Monday night.
The fatality was identified as 42-year-old Yu Luo. He was pronounced dead at the scene by responding officers. The second victim was taken to a hospital with several injuries but was alert and talking after the accident. He was later identified as Shisuo Wang, 41.
According to initial reports, the fatal accident took place at around 10 p.m. A vehicle was traveling in an unsafe speed in the parking area when it struck two pedestrians and crashed into a wall. The impact of the crash left two pedestrians with serious injuries.
The driver of the hitting vehicle was identified as 28-year-old Christopher Shaw. He was also taken to a hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
A preliminary investigation shows that Shaw was driving at an unsafe speed during the time of the incident.
