Houston- Two vehicle collision killed woman

A car accident involved a suspected drunk driver took the life of one woman along the North Freeway, police say.
According to initial reports, the crash happened early morning, Tuesday. A vehicle was heading south on the feeder road between Tidwell and Airline when it another vehicle struck it. The impact of the collision left both drivers with injuries.
The female driver was taken to the hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries. Her identification has not yet been released. It remains unknown whether the suspect driver suffered from any injury but Houston police stated that he showed signs of intoxication.
Authorities were requested to the scene to investigate further.
