Authorities respond to hit-and-run crash on IH-45 NB in north Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A hit-and-run collision was reported Tuesday morning on the North Freeway in north Houston’s Greater Greenspoint neighborhood, according to City of Houston.

Houston police responded to the scene on the outbound lanes at 12578 North Freeway, near the Sam Houston Tollway, at around 10:50 a.m.

Authorities listed the event as an “FSRA” incident in which one party failed to stop and render aid to another party after a collision resulting in likely injuries or death.

As of this writing, no details have been disclosed regarding the condition of involved victims.
