Ambulance called after hit-and-run crash on Woodridge Dr in SE Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A major hit-and-run collision was reported Wednesday afternoon in southeast Houston’s Pecan Park neighborhood, according to City of Houston.
The incident occurred at 7003 Woodridge Drive, near Evergreen Drive, shortly before 12:06 p.m.
Few details have been released, but Houston police, firefighters, and EMS crews all responded to the scene, indicating likely injuries to at least one person.
Houston police listed the incident as an “FSRA” event in which one party failed to stop and render aid to another after an accident.
Authorities have not disclosed further information on the condition of the victim party.
