Medics respond to accident near Braeburn Glen Park in SW Houston

HOUSTON, TX โ€” A vehicle collision was reported Friday morning on South Gessner Road in southeast Houstonโ€™s Braeburn area, reports City of Houston.

Houston police, fire crews, and EMS personnel responded to the scene in the 11300 block of the road near McGee Lane at approximately 10:53 a.m.

It was not immediately clear what led up to the accident, but authorities described a โ€œmajorโ€ crash requiring an EMS response, suggesting likely injuries to at least one person.

No further details have been provided, but police said no fatalities were reported in the event.
