El Paso—Hector Rodriguez Dies Following A Car Accident on Yermoland Drive

According to a local news source, a man who got struck by a vehicle on Yermoland Drive in the Lower Valley last January had succumbed to his injuries this week.
Based on a preliminary investigation, a man was attempting to cross the street at the 9200 block of Yermoland Drive when he was struck by a 2018 Ford F-150 pickup truck. Police said that the pickup truck turned left at the intersection on a green light.
The pedestrian, identified as Hector Rodriguez, 50, was rushed to Del Sol Medical Center for treatment. Unfortunately, last Friday, he succumbed to his injuries.
No charges have been made as the investigation is still ongoing.
