Woman fatally struck by 2 vehicles while running across I-69

HOUSTON, TX – A woman was fatally struck by multiple vehicles while attempting to run across I-69 in Westwood this morning.
According to Fox 26 Houston, the unidentified woman was hit as she attempted to cross the freeway near Bissonnet Street at about 12:30 a.m.
Police say the woman was hit by a BMW and a larger SUV or pickup truck. She was ultimately pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the BMW remained at the scene and cooperated with the police. The second driver did not stop.
