Pedestrian killed in hit-and-run wreck on Telephone Road

HOUSTON, TX – According to the Houston Police Department, a pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run wreck on Telephone Road on Saturday morning.

The victim was crossing near 6900 Telephone Road, not in a crosswalk, when he was hit by a white Dodge Charger that fled the scene. The victim, who has not been identified, was declared dead at a nearby hospital.
