Deputy and another driver injured in fiery rollover crash in Spring

SPRING, TX – A Harris County Constable’s deputy and another person were injured in a fiery collision in Spring early this morning, according to KTRK.

The crash happened near the intersection of Walters Road and Spears Road at about 1 a.m., when a driver and a deputy collided. The deputy’s cruiser then burst into flames and the other vehicle overturned.

At least one of the drivers needed to be pulled from the wreckage.

Both drivers were taken to the hospital and are expected to survive their injuries.
