Dallas— 1 Killed, 2 Injured Dallas North Tollway

Last February 15, a fatal car accident that injured two people and caused the death of one person occurred on Dallas North Tollway near Forest Lane.

At around 2:30 a.m, DPS officials were alerted of a crash involving two vehicles. According to initial reports, a Jeep Wrangler that was heading north on Dallas North Tollway, for yet unknown reasons, crashed into a concrete barrier. A passing Nissan stopped at the scene to check on the victims but a Subaru Legacy was not able to slow down and ultimately collided with the Jeep. The impact of the crash caused both vehicles to burst into flames.

Two occupants in the Nissan were hit in the collision. One of them was killed while the other was rushed to Parkland Hospital with serious injuries. His condition is yet to be confirmed as of this moment. The driver of the Jeep also sustained injuries. He is also transferred to Parkland with non-life-threatening injuries.

We would like to express our deepest sympathies to the friends and families of the deceased, as well as the injured victims. We pray for their full recovery as we hope that the Dallas Police Department will do everything to bring those responsible to justice.
