Dog killed after driver crashes into home in Pearland

PEARLAND, TX – A dog was killed after a driver crashed into a home in Pearland on Wednesday afternoon, Click2Houston reports.

A black Ford Mustang barreled through the home on Lakeway Lane on Wednesday afternoon, leaving behind piles of debris. Luckily, no one in the home was hurt, but both the homeowners’ dog and cat did not survive the incident.

According to homeowner Luke Hershberger, another vehicle may have sideswiped the Mustang, causing it to veer off the roadway. It is not known if anyone was cited in connection with the accident.
