Woman killed, 4 injured in drunk driving wreck on the Westpark Tollway

HOUSTON, TX – A woman was killed and four others were injured in a drunk driving wreck on the Westpark Tollway this morning, ABC 13 reports.

Authorities say that a “highly intoxicated” individual crashed into the victim’s vehicle near the tollway’s intersection with Dunvale around 2 a.m. Three others in the victim’s car were reported to be in critical condition, while the drunk driver is injured but expected to survive.

The suspect, who has not been identified, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
