Suspect arrested after fleeing scene of crash on FM 1960

HUMBLE, TX – A suspect was arrested after fleeing the scene of a crash on FM 1960 yesterday, the Harris County Constable’s Facebook page reports.

Authorities say Carol Koltunak fled the scene of a crash at 3200 FM 1960 and was followed by the other driver involved. Constables attempted to stop Koltunak but she refused to stop, eventually hiding in a nearby parking lot.

The suspect was found in possession of cocaine and methamphetamines. Constables also report that she was out on bond for possession of a controlled substance.
