ROSE HILL, TX (HARRIS COUNTY) – One person was killed, and another was injured in a hit-and-run accident on FM 2920 in northwest Harris County on Friday night, according to KTRK.
The accident happened in the Rose Hill area, near the intersection of FM 2920 and Mueschke Road, at about 9 p.m., when the driver of a pickup truck collided with a blue Chrysler 300 that was pulling into a parking lot.
The pickup truck’s driver then fled the scene on foot.
A passenger in the Chrysler was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the same vehicle was airlifted to the hospital with injuries that were not thought to be life-threatening.
