HOUSTON, TX – Three closed after a single-vehicle crash on the North Loop this afternoon, according to the team at Houston TranStar.
The crash was reported at the North Loop’s Hardy Toll Road intersection at 4:01 p.m. The impact of the crash shut down the nearby right shoulder, right lane, and center lane.
