UPDATE: Suspect arrested in fatal wreck on Fidelity Street

HOUSTON, TX – A suspect was arrested in the fatal wreck that took place on Fidelity Street yesterday morning, according to a press release from the Houston Police Department.
The press release reports that 19-year-old Herbert Talley was driving a black Infiniti G35 near 700 Fidelity Street when he struck another vehicle on the roadway. After the crash, both vehicles began to spin and the other car, a Kia, overturned and slammed into a nearby home. The Infiniti crashed into a pole.
Talley fled the scene of the accident on foot but was later located by authorities at a nearby hospital. The victim, the driver of the Kia, died at the scene of the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.
