HOUSTON, TX – The right shoulder on the West Sam Houston Tollway closed after a crash this morning, according to the team at Houston TranStar.
A single-vehicle crashed before the tollway’s intersection with US 290, shutting down the nearby right shoulder. The scene was cleared by 11:29 a.m.
