Overturned 18-wheeler blocks traffic on the East Freeway

HOUSTON, TX – An overturned 18-wheeler blocked traffic on the East Freeway this morning, according to the officers at the Houston Police Department.

The car became overturned at the East Freeway’s with U.S. 59 around 9:25 a.m. All eastbound lanes were shut down after the accident so that emergency responders could clear the scene. It is not known how the truck became overturned.
