89-year-old man struck, killed while walking on Braniff St.

HOUSTON, TX – An 89-year-old man died after he was struck by a vehicle while walking in a southeast Houston neighborhood Wednesday night.
According to NTV Houston, the crash occurred as the unidentified victim was walking in the middle of the roadway in the 7700 block of Braniff Street.
Police say the driver’s vision may have been impaired by another driver flashing their lights to warn them.
The pedestrian died from his injuries a short time after the crash.
